Obituary for Pauline Colletti (Caramazza)

Pauline (Caramazza) Colletti, 96 died at home in the presence of loving family December 25, 2013. She leaves behind her daughter, Ann Williams and husband David, of Virginia Beach, VA and her son Joseph and his wife Louise of East Granby, CT. She will always be held in precious memory of her grandchildren, Sara Willard of Brooklyn, NY and Michelle Singleton of Brewster, MA as well as her three great grandchildren, James Singleton and Maren and Sander Willard. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Breeding of Windsor, CT. She also leaves behind a host of relatives and a loyal circle of friends who will miss her dearly.
Pauline lived a full life. She was recently recognized for her 75 years in the nursing profession, having worked as a midwife, visiting nurse and school nurse in the Enfield School system. She was dedicated to her children and spoiled her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her marriage of nearly 50 years to her husband, Joseph, was a model of loving devotion. She was also dedicated to her faith which gave her courage and support throughout the years.
Visitation will be held Friday December 27th from 3-7 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Family and friends will gather 9:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28th at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels for a procession to St Patrick Church in Enfield, for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will follow in St. Patrick King St. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to St. Patrick Church Elevator Fund, 64 Pearl St., Enfield, CT 06082.
